Ivan was born into the Davidovich crime family as the second son to Raolf Davidovich and Katarina Davidovich in Kiev, Ukraine. He was raised being taught the family business which heavily involved in the illegal trade of weapons, drugs, and prostitution. He grew up to prove himself to be a exemplary criminal in the family having no moral qualms against the drug trade or weapon trade, however was strongly against prostitution which led to much internal conflict within his family. His brother Zergei Davidovich proved to have even fewer morals following all parts of the family business with no regret and came to be Ivan's rival for their fathers approval.
As he grew, Ivan was subjected to and witness of his fathers harsh abuse against his mother Katarina, and Ivan grew to be closer to his mother than his father, and showed immense sympathy towards Katarina's treatment. Ivan eventually as he reached the age of about 16 was taught how to use a vast array of gun's, knives, and other assault tools, as well as basic martial combat, and taught well the use of explosives. At that point he was allowed quite a bit of money and often lived in luxury, though never showed any reliance on living in such. At about 17, Ivan had grown tired of his fathers abuse of his mother and in the previous year had grown quite far apart from his father often resulting in beatings of Ivan, and many arguments- All the while his older brother of about 21 watched smugly.
At about the middle of his 17th year, Ivan witnessed a breaking point of his fathers abuse of his mother and watched as Raolf beat his wife to death in front of his two children, this resulted in Ivan going berserk and pulling a gun on his father gunning him down right then and there as well as kneecapping his brother so he could not act against Ivan. Stealing a vast amount of money from his home, various weapons, as well as a duffle bag full of drugs (Cocaine, Crystal Methamphetamine, and Black Tar Heroin), as well as taking his mothers gold and ruby wedding ring as a memento of his departed mother fled the Davidovich estate and spent days hitching rides from friends and traveling on foot to the coast, where he was able to pay for and secure transportation from one of the many drug smugglers he had become affiliated with to escape Europe.
Where would he go? He had decided to travel to the U.S., and spent many weeks taking boat by boat from each country he had to pass by until he reached Portugal. From there securing travel from one of his fathers elusive contacts who had not yet received news of the Davidovich family massacre, he eventually reached the united states, New York where he was smuggled in as a non-citizen along with his cache of drugs, weapons, and remaining money. Taking shelter in a hotel managed by one of his father's contacts, he thought about his future and about what he was going to do. He stayed in New York until he heard about his father's affiliates receiving news on Ivan's actions, and that his surviving brother had put a bounty of $250,000 on him, and that his uncle was also looking for him offering the same amount, both bounties for him alive, yet their purposes for seeking him were rumored to be different.
With that news, Ivan quickly sneaked out and into the city, stole a car, and drove as fast and far from New York as he could, heading southwest towards a country he knew his father had no connections to- Mexico. After months of travel, stealing cars, spending what money he had on what he needed and hiding he arrived in Texas and from there managed to successfully sneak over the border into Mexico. From there he decided it was too close to the U.S. and that it would be too easy to hunt for him there and he headed to the coast where he spent yet more of his now dwindling supply of money to secure a boat to take him to Central America.. Landing somewhere in Honduras, he traveled city to city his money starting to run dangerously low until he head reached more towards the center of Honduras and that's where he ran into a small group of people traveling by truck's and car's, and asking where they were headed (As Ivan no longer knew where he was going to go, and was looking for -some- destination where his travels would end).
The travelers told him they were headed for a city in the middle of a desert that was rumored to have been growing economically greatly and that they had heard rumors of great opportunities there, the city known only as Carthage .
Asking them to take him along in return for trading off about half of his cocaine to some of the more drug-oriented travelers, they happily welcomed him along. After much travel through a vast desert, they arrived in Carthage, and parted ways, Ivan roaming the city learning more about it, and after a few weeks easily found himself involved in one of the gangs of the city, a gang known as the "Crystal Brothers", a gang heavily involved in the manufacturing and dealing of Methamphetamine's, and found himself easily able to join them offering up the rest of his drugs and weapons to buy his way in and earn their trust.
From there now age 18, the year 2012, Ivan's life of crime would not end, and his life involved in drugs.. Would only grow worse. For the next four years until the fall of Carthage and it's worst times, Ivan would run with the Crystal Brothers, learning how to cook Crystal Meth from almost any method, -good- meth at that, the best in the city they were able to accurately claim, and he would become involved in various murders in the city, as well as being a dealer of the Methamphetamine's on the street making much money to live decently well, his gang growing in popularity and physical power in weaponry, Ivan himself starting to use Crystal Methamphetamine's, his usage growing more and more as the years passed. Ivan lived in fear that his brother or remaining family would discover him in Carthage, but his fear's never came to pass, and his gang's criminal activities never seemed to be stopped by the law of Carthage.
By 2016 with the collapse of Carthage, the Crystal Brothers were separated in the panic and violence, scattered all over the city and their drug trade would come to a halt. Ivan himself was left with few to no weapons, and found that where he was staying had been looted, losing most of his money, supplies, and drugs. Now Ivan is left only with his mother's gold-ruby wedding ring, and the clothes on his back.. Ivan deciding that with the chaos of the city, perhaps now was his time to shine... He would be free to gather supplies to manufacture more crystal to spread to what remained of the city- and for his own use... He would make an effort to find remaining Crystal Brother's members and get the gang moving to the place of power in the city they deserved.. It was clear now..
Ivan and the Crystal Brothers were destined to be kings of the city
--OOC: As to the item to start off with, if Ivan could begin with his mothers Gold-Ruby wedding ring, that would be great.. And if it's not too much to ask, just a random thing titled "Meth Lab Tools" would be great too for his drug manufacturing related RP (Unless of course, drug manufacturing is going to be scripted in as possible which would be AWESOME for the criminal related PC's)--
